Working While Neurodivergent
A Live Masterclass for Neurodivergent Professionals
You Know Something at Work Isn't Working. But What Do You Actually Need?
Maybe meetings leave you overwhelmed. You're constantly misunderstood. You struggle when priorities suddenly change. You're exhausted from trying to keep up with a way of working that doesn't seem to work for you.
You know something needs to change—but when someone asks, “What would help?” you don't always know how to answer.
This interactive masterclass will help you get beyond “I'm struggling” and identify what's actually getting in your way, what could make a difference, and how to communicate what you need at work.
Saturday, October 3 | 11:00 AM MDT | Live on Zoom | $29 CAD
[YES — HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT I NEED]
I like that considerably more because the headline creates an open loop. It names a problem the buyer wants answered.
Then I'd immediately follow it with a section that makes people recognize themselves:
Maybe you've experienced this...
You leave a meeting thinking of everything you wish you'd said.
You're given instructions that seem clear in the moment, but later you're unsure what you're actually supposed to do.
Someone tells you to “just prioritize,” but everything feels equally urgent.
You keep being told that your tone, facial expression or communication isn't landing the way you intended.
You can do your job—but the noise, interruptions, unpredictability or constant switching leaves you completely depleted.
You know an accommodation might help, but you're not sure which one to ask for—or whether it would actually solve the problem.
And sometimes the hardest question of all is:
“What do you need?”
Because you know what isn't working.
You just don't always know why.
That's What We're Going to Figure Out.
In this live masterclass, I'll teach you a practical way to move from:
“Something isn't working.”
to:
“I understand what's getting in my way, what might help, and how to talk about it.”
You'll learn how to:
Identify the real barrier
Get more specific about what's making certain parts of work unnecessarily difficult.
Separate the job from the way the job gets done
Recognize when you're struggling with an actual requirement—and when the barrier may be how you're expected to meet it.
Figure out what could actually help
Move beyond generic “autism accommodations” or “ADHD accommodations” and consider what addresses your specific barrier.
Evaluate whether an accommodation is actually a good fit
Learn to ask: What would this change—and does that change address what's getting in my way?
Put your needs into words
Leave better prepared to explain what's happening and what might help.
You'll Leave With More Than Information
During the masterclass, you'll apply what you're learning to one real situation from your own work.
By the end, you'll have identified:
What you're trying to accomplish
→ What's getting in your way
→ How it's affecting you
→ What might help
→ Your next step
You don't need to arrive knowing what accommodation you need.
That's the point.
