The Neuroinclusive Practice Lab
Founding Cohort | Begins March 4
An 8-week live implementation cohort for Career Development Professionals who want to confidently support skilled, complex neurodivergent clients — diagnosed or not.
You’ve likely worked with clients who are:
• Highly educated
• Articulate
• Motivated
• Capable
And still… struggling to secure or sustain employment.
They don’t fit traditional disability frameworks.
They may not have a diagnosis.
They may mask well.
They may present “fine” — until interviews, executive functioning demands, or workplace dynamics expose deeper friction.
This cohort is for professionals who are ready to move beyond intuition and goodwill — and build real neuroinclusive practice skill.
This founding cohort is designed for:
• Career Development Professionals
• Career Coaches
• University Career Advisors
• Employment Specialists
• Workforce Development Professionals
Work with “smart but stuck” clients
• Suspect hidden neurodivergence in complex cases
• Want practical strategies (not just awareness training)
• Are ready to elevate their practice
Over 8 weeks, you will:
✔ Recognize hidden neurodivergent presentations
✔ Coach interview performance gaps without lowering expectations
✔ Navigate disclosure conversations ethically and strategically
✔ Translate executive functioning challenges into employability strategies
✔ Reduce misreads in career coaching
✔ Develop language and frameworks you can use immediately
This is not passive learning.
This is implementation, case consultation, and professional depth.
